Jude and Josephine 8/1/2011

We were present at Josephine and Jude's wedding last night on 8th January 2011.  I would like to commend the exceptional standard of service provided by your staff attending to guests needs during the reception.  The service your staff provided was of the highest standard, polite, prompt, and continuously looked to assist by providing for the guests when ever possible.  There is no doubt this made for a positive experience for my family and others guests at the wedding.  

I would like you to pass on our personal gratefulness and commendation to a gentleman by the name of "Mitch" who was attending to our table, for his excellent service through the night.

Kim, On behalf of my parents and family I wish to extend a very big thank you to yourself and the staff that looked after us last Sunday.  The room looked beautiful, the food was superb and the service could not have been better.  Please thank the food/wine staff for their courtesy, attentiveness and non stop service.  They were so helpful and professional and I imagine staff like this are hard to come by!  We really appreciate their non stop effort and service. 

Thanks so much for helping us to celebrate our parent's anniversary in such a special way.

I know I should have expected nothing less, but I wanted you to know what a fantastic job the Yarra Yarra team did for Tim and Elise’s wedding last Friday night.  As you know, the wedding was organised at relatively short notice but everything went like clockwork.  The venue, the quality of the food and beverages, the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff and the overall organisation could not be faulted.  Even the threatening rain held off!

I am always very proud to be a member of Yarra Yarra but I can assure you I have never been more proud than Friday night to be able to share our wonderful facilities and service with family and friends.  Most importantly, Tim and Elle had a fantastic, memorable night.

While I expect there will be a more formal letter of appreciation, through you I wanted to personally thank the entire team: Scott, Kim, Sara, Ayrton and all the bar and table service staff; and of course Adam and his team in the kitchen.  We had three professional foodies among the guests and they were effusive in their comments about the food and service.

You always say we are striving to take the experience at Yarra Yarra to new levels.  On behalf of all those attending last Friday night, let me assure you that the team is doing that and more.

Nothing was too much trouble for them. Please pass on our thanks and gratitude. I would also like to make mention that many of the guests have not been to YYGC before, and they were taken aback by the whole environment. Well done.

Just a short note to say Thank You very much for the wonderful night we had on 12th September for John's 60th Birthday.   Everything went exceptionally well and everyone had a terrific time.

Special thank you to Kim who was always so accomodating and lovely on the phone and great with co ordinating the evening. During the evening, Ayrton did his job with aplomb.  He was calm and efficient and the staff worked really well.

The food was excellent.  The feedback was very positive. Once again, thank you for an excellent evening.  It was certainly a night to remember.

We are absolutely blown away by the wonderful wonderful luncheon that we had yesterday at Yarra for Tony's 60th birthday.Everything that we asked for was provided, down to the last little detail.

The dining room looked beautiful and the food was out of this world! We cannnot even begin to thank you for the day.  We have been to many many places for many functions over the years but the service at Yarra was second to none and we just do not have enough superlatives to describe the service.

The staff were so polite to our guests and nothing seemed to be a problem to them.

Scott, thank you for everything that you did yesterday.  We cannot tell you how much we appreciate it.  Kim, thank you for all the organisation.

We would recommend Yarra Yarra to anyone for an event (and we certainly will be).  

Most of our guests had never been to Yarra before and they fell in love with the place and could not say enough about the wonderful food and service. We really thank you so much.

Thankyou so much for making our special day Perfect!!  The venue, the service, food, the support and the coordination was second to none and helped to make our day the most perfect of weddings.

We have heard so many good reviews from friends and family about the whole day being one of the best weddings that they ever been to in their whole lives.
