New Club Constitution

A Special General Meeting (SGM) was held on Wednesday 9 December 2020. 21 Members attended the SGM which constituted a quorum to hold the meeting. The President read the item of business which was a resolution to adopt the new Club Constitution dated 9 December 2020.
33 proxy votes were received and 18 members voted in favor of the new Constitution at the meeting. The total votes were 51 for the resolution and nil against. The motion was carried and the new Constitution was adopted by the Members.
The General Committee will now be referred to as a the Board of Directors. The new Constitution has been uploaded to the website and replaces the old Club Constitution dated 25 October 2017.
