Twilight Golf & Dinner Review – Friday 19 March 2021

The 68 keen golfers who played in Friday nights Twilight Golf & Dinner event not only enjoyed great weather but also playing on a beautifully presented Yarra Yarra golf course. The fairways are
looking terrific and we have fast and true greens.
The gentsome competition was won by Tori Sam, Sin Sam, Guy Bednarz and Ben Willersdorf with a great score of 54 points.
The Runners up, were Gerard Dalbosco, Nerida Dalbosco, Lisa Powell and Gavin Powell with 53 points.
Going around the room, asking members to introduce their guests, it was apparent that we had many golfers from other clubs joining us. Their positive comments about their visitor experience at Yarra Yarra were very welcome.
The Mexican themed dinner was excellent and WOW, the flavours burst in your mouth. I think this is one of Yarra Yarra’s best Twilight meals – again reaching the high standard set by our new Chef.
As has become a Yarra Yarra trade mark, the staff on the night we’re as usual exemplary.
How lucky we are to have the great hospitality team we have, exceptionally lead by our new Senior F&B Coordinator, Sean Keenan.
