Played against Royal Melbourne at Commonwealth GC

Result – loss to Royal Melbourne 3 games to 4

What a beautiful autumn morning which promised a perfect day for golf at Commonwealth GC. Commonwealth GC was in great condition and as always the welcome, organisation and hospitality was top notch.

The players and caddies were all in good form and ready to take on the opposition in Royal Melbourne. Royal fielded a strong team and we were hopeful of maintaining our winning streak against them. While this was not the end result this year we were very close going down 4/3. We always enjoy a tight tussle with our RM counterparts!

Thank you to our players, our wonderful caddies and to Nita Kino, Helen Potts, our Lady President Carole Laird, Dallas, Morag and Jennifer North who came out to cheer us on.
