Ralph Butcher turns 104

On Friday 24 June 2022 our most senior member, Mr Ralph Butcher turned 104.
Ralph celebrated his birthday at the Club on Thursday 30 June at the Dad’s Army Luncheon. Dennis Dodd arranged a cake and everyone sang Happy Birthday to Ralph.
I spoke to Ralph on the day and he said he was looking forward to attending the 50 year member lunch on Sunday 31 July. He said the best thing about the lunch was being able to catch up with old friends at the Club.
Well done Ralph on being a spritely 104 years young!
