Italian Night Recap

On Friday 24 June we held our first Italian Night at the Club, introducing new Head Chef Anthony Dole to our members.

With 52 guests in attendance, we served  a 2 course dinner of Hazeldene Chicken Saltimbocca served with rosemary potatoes, seasonal greens, mushrooms and Foriana Sauce and Miniature Sicilian citrus cake, with Genevieve meringue crumble, Meyer lemon sorbet and a pistachio macaron.

A special thank you to Angela’s mum for the homemade lemon biscuits!

   

With bubbly prosecco popping and Birra Moretti flowing through the taps, it was a successful evening enjoyed by all who attended.
